1 Cup sugar
1 Cup salt
1/2 Cup brown sugar (dried first)
6 Tablespoons Red chile powder
3 Tablespoons cumin
4 Teaspoon Accent
4 Teaspoons cayenne pepper
4 Teaspoons black pepper
4 Teaspoons garlic powder
4 Teaspoons onion powder
Mix all this stuff up and store in a moisture proof container.
To use it, lightly coat meat with oil, then sprinkle Magic Dust
and let
sit for a while before cooking/smoking. Wrapped in plastic
over night is OK! If you're doing poultry (chicken, turkey),
sprinkle inside the bird as well!
